Description We are in the manufacturing industry, based in Bartlett, Tennessee, and currently have an opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk. This role involves the processing and management of high-volume accounts payable tasks, keeping our financial records accurate and up-to-date.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process a high volume of accounts payable transactions.

• Utilize software such as Oracle, SAP, and QuickBooks to maintain records and complete tasks.

• Perform account reconciliation to ensure all financial data is correct.

• Oversee and execute check runs to manage the company's cash flow.

• Code invoices correctly and efficiently to ensure accurate accounting.

• Perform data entry tasks to keep our financial systems up-to-date.

• Process invoices in a timely manner to maintain good relationships with our suppliers.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial tasks and record keeping. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate

• Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable (AP), managing all outgoing payments

• Skilled in Check Runs, organizing and executing payment processes

• Competency in Coding Invoices, correctly categorizing costs and expenses

• Strong Data Entry skills, ensuring accurate and timely input of financial information

• Experience in Invoice Processing, managing billing and payments systematically

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, using it for various financial tasks and reporting

• Familiarity with Oracle, using it for managing financial data and processes

• Experience with QuickBooks, managing accounting operations effectively

• Knowledge of SAP, using it for business process management in a manufacturing context
