Salary: $65,000-$75,000

The Quality Control Supervisor ensures every product meets the highest standards. Beyond overseeing QC Technicians' schedules, this role pioneers innovative Food Safety and Quality programs. Compliance isn’t just a checklist—it’s a commitment to exceeding USDA, FDA GMPs, and customer expectations in every batch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the charge in investigating customer complaints, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.

• Keep our instruments and equipment finely tuned with precise calibration.

• Drive the process of positive release and Hold/release decisions with expert oversight.

• Conduct thorough GMP audits to uphold our manufacturing facility's impeccable standards.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Armed with a degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field, and 5-10 years in the exacting world of food manufacturing quality control.

• HACCP Certified, your expertise ensures every process aligns with industry best practices.

• Mastery of microbiology, biochemistry, and both organic and inorganic chemistry fundamentals.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint—your tools for crafting insightful reports and presentations.

• A multitasking maestro with natural leadership skills, thriving in the fast-paced rhythm of our operation.

• A team player renowned for organizational prowess and clear, professional communication.

• Your analytical prowess and mathematical aptitude set the standard for precision in quality control.
