ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\

May include any and/or all of the following:

1. Work with Accounting to balance monthly supply vendor statements per department for departmental accounting process.
2. Process new rental agreements, maintain, and monitor parking garage rentals, balance monthly rental fee GL, and call on delinquencies.
3. Assist in all functions of mail processing and delivery.
4. Prepare and clean up meeting rooms and assist with special activity projects like purchasing food and other sundry items to support Business Development community events.
5. Process department requisitions, purchase, inventory and deliver supplies, print forms, and perform due diligence cost comparisons.
6. Maintain main supply room with water, pop, coffee supplies and other items needed to stock breakrooms.
7. Coordinate and monitor cleaning service and vendors under contract or maintenance agreement.
8. Coordinate and maintain record retention guidelines to ensure that the credit union is in compliance with NCUA regulations.
9. Conduct research of member documents for staff, members, law enforcement, and other legal or government agencies.
10. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
