The Credit Relationships Associate will participate as a key member of the Credit Relationship team by monitoring and supporting credit risk mitigating activities in accordance with the Global Credit Policy. Positions include supporting various channels of trade within the P66 customer portfolio that may include Commercial, Marketing, Lubes and Specialties business segments.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Partner with Business Units to establish new customer relationships.

• Researching product orders on system credit holds and determine path forward.

• Adjusting credit limits within designated authority thresholds.

• Work with Accounts Receivable team to determine pay status of past due accounts.

• Filing UCC and lien documents with applicable state agencies as needed.

• Verifying authenticity of letters of credit with customer banking partners.

• Creating monthly SOX reports for review and signature.

• Administrative responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in job posting country

• HS Diploma/GED

• Previous Oil & Gas experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel, Word, and OneNote) and SAP

Preferred Requirements:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Organization and accuracy (consistently produce accurate work with an emphasis on process improvements)

• Ability to adapt to changing business requirements
