Summary You will serve as a Motor Vehicle Operator in the Southwest Region Fleet Transportation, Motor Transportation Opers Unit of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON. Responsibilities You will operate a variety of trucks and tractor trailers You will operate vehicles on public roads, rough terrain, improved and unimproved roads. You will operate transportation, construction, or other mobile equipment. You will operate power take off equipment. You will ensure the proper loading and securing of cargo. You will perform operator level maintenance on assigned vehicles. You will complete trip tickets and accident reports (if needed). You will perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections and report identified issues. You will transport weapons and ammunition.
