Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Night Shift

Job Description

The person will be responsible for assisting with reactionary maintenance, proactive maintenance, and installs of new equipment. Below are the types of equipment they will be working on:

Team will be responsible for: - Maintenance on injection molding machines - Conveyor Maintenance, repair, and complete belt replacements - Hydraulics – troubleshoot, repair pumps, repair hydraulic hoses, clamps, etc. - PLC troubleshooting – ability to use ladder logic to debug machine - Repair and maintenance on robotics – 6 axis robotics (not needed, but a plus with this amount of axis) - Follow LOTO procedures - Electrical Maintenance – 480V, Schematic Reading, Rewiring, Pulling wire - Pneumatic – replace filters, check for leaks, repair/replace cylinders, lubricate seals, replace seals, etc. - Chiller Systems - Air Dryer Systems - Welding/Fabrication

This is a fully on-site position in Bardstown, Kentucky.

Work Environment

Night Shift - 2-2-3 Schedule - 7pm - 7am Hot and Loud Hot Plastic Smell can be a deterrent Non-Climate controlled

Dress Code: • Tops: t-shirts, hoodies without strings, sweatshirt, sleeveless (not tank top) – must not show stomach, shoulder, or cleavage areas • Bottoms: jeans, shorts, cargo pockets, basketball shorts and sweat pants are fine, but can’t wear leggings, jeggings or any type of spandex o Shorts should reach near the knee o Pants should sit properly at the hip • Shoes: closed toe/rubber sole • No dangling jewelry, necklaces should be inside the shirt, no jewelry past shoulder level • Tattoos and hair color are fine as long as they are not offensive • Anything deemed as offensive will be addressed immediately
