Join our Global Chemicals Registration team in Regulatory Affairs, where we ensure the worldwide compliance to chemical control regulations so that dsm-firmenich Perfumery & Ingredients can be placed on the markets.This role involves the maintenance of the REACH compliant sourcing of the raw materials that are purchased.Be a driving force in shaping the future of compliance with us!

Your key responsibilities

  • Support the Global Chemicals Registration (REACH certification) team in the aim to guarantee that relevant products are REACH compliant for the concerned regulations. Manage #25% of the relevant European Economic Union,Turkey and UK portofolio of external suppliers to ensure the REACH compliant sourcing

  • Establish an appropriate working relationship with colleagues, internal customers, mainly our Procurement department and with relevant suppliers.

  • New Source Certification-REACH tasks (P12): Ensure a good workflow in the ticketing system, providing a timely response to requested services, with a good accuracy of feedback relevant to REACH status. Manage the weekly audit with external partner (Conduent)

  • Use, maintain and communicate master data appropriately ensuring accuracy, consistency and reliability based on the different files we are managing regarding follow-up of product’s compliance

You bring
