JOB TITLE: Temporary Functional Support – ADP Marketplace

LOCATION: Barcelona or Bucharest

DEPARTMENT: New Business Solutions Operations ESI

REPORTS TO: Marketplace ESI Director

JOB PURPOSE:

Reporting to the Marketplace Director for New Business Solutions ESI (NBS ESI), this role will be responsible to support the organization in continuous business improvement participating in key initiatives that will lead on proven success of existing or new processes within NBS Operations department.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

Participation in the Marketplace Program as functional support.

Attendance to process review calls and participate in the creation of the functional documentation, working closely to the BPI lead.

Support on communication and deployment activities on new processes across internal teams.

Coordinate and deploy identified quick wins among the internal teams.

Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of smaller projects from the Program, working together with senior project manager.

KEY DUTIES / TASKS:

• Participate in operational and BPI calls to support on understanding and working on process flows and functional description definition.

• Work close to the BPI lead Operational team to define, create and present process related documentation.

• Support on deployment and present to the different operational teams’ new processes; monitoring and measuring of project success criteria.

• Support BPI lead for the identification of processes quick wins and implementation of those.

• Work with the BPI lead to ensure operations harmonization across different offers and teams and support on deploying knowledge.

• Ensure compliance with existing methodologies and standards.

• Any additional initiative identified in the future to support on client excellence.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

University degree or comparable education.

3+ years of proven experience in experience leading projects through all phases of delivery.

Analytical skills and ability to translate data into measurable action and present initiatives to management for evaluation and prioritization.

Ability to present complex processes in easy-to-understand terms to various cross functional stakeholders to receive approval and prioritization.

Experience designing and delivering presentations and training to diverse audiences, including administrative staff members, technical and non-technical personnel.

Able to manage concurrent projects and be able to quickly respond to shifting priorities.

Ability and enthusiasm in animating virtual meetings involving international parties.

International culture and ability to work in a multinational environment.

Must be able to understand HR/Payroll processes and high-level concepts.

Proficient in English. Additional languages are pluses.
