Location: Barcelona, Spain (ideally) With the possibility to open it globally/remote work Global Planning Taste team member who will be focused on business planning effectiveness (IBP [integrated business planning], demand planning, product lifecycle management) within the business unit

Your Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to increase the demand / IBP / PLM planning effectiveness within Taste business unit by ensuring standards & best practices are adopted and processes harmonized across the regions and within the global team

• Provide support on increasing the adoption and capabilities on the new planning tool across the Taste business unit

• Participate on different demand planning related projects to ensure both the requirements from the BU are well captured and the new ways of working embraced by the different stakeholders

• Gather new user stories which could imply a significant and quantifiable value to the planning accuracy, processes, automations or usability of the tools

• Analyze root causes of different planning issues and provide a recommended solution and/or a briefing on the needed requirements

• Monitor & quantify planning effectiveness KPIs to valorize the impact of the different initiatives

• Drive master data settings to enhance data quality. Identify opportunities for improvement.

• Be the point of contact between global project teams and regional planning teams for the assigned initiatives.

  You bring

• Experience with demand planning and/or IBP, PLM

• Experience with SAP and Kinaxis

• Experience with SAP-APO is a plus

• Analytical and reporting skills

• Ability to develop solutions to a variety of problems by analyzing data, reasoning options and presenting a recommended solution

• Ability to communicate with different levels of stakeholders

• Resilience, persistence and keep a positive attitude in front of difficulties

• Prioritization and time management skills

• A fresh perspective with constructive challenges to existing measures and ways of working

• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus

• Actively collaborating with team members and stakeholders to achieve our objectives towards a common goal
