What will you be doing?

• Trouble shooting and new configurations for our existing clients according to the Service Level Agreement and timeframes (investigation, solution identification, recommendation, configuration, unit testing and documentation).

• Design and configuration of solutions as well as provide functional/technical expertise.

• Deliver effective client communications.

• Identify, manage and test SAP Note application as an advanced Correction.

• Create and send Customer messages using SAP in order to request support and corrections.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• SAP certification or equivalent proven SAP work experience.

EXPERIENCE:

• Configuration of applications

• Experience with trouble shooting

• More than 3 years of relevant experience.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
