As a Salesforce Senior Platform Technical Architect, you lead the Salesforce Platform in complex enterprise landscape, under the umbrella of the CoE. You serve as main guardian of the Salesforce Platform status Quo, using strong interpersonal skills, solution and technical knowledge, Salesforce platform knowledge, HLS industry experience, consulting experience, and knowledge of Sanofi CHC business to deliver return on investment.

Main responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product and technical teams to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.

  • Review technical designs and recommending improvements.

  • Own the design of Salesforce Platform Quality of Life changes.

  • Work with the release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments. Where appropriate, this could include deploying changes.

  • Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined by the PO for each User story,

  • Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications and ensure functional and technical documentation is up do date.

  • Groom and refine the Salesforce platform backlog, in liaison with CoE and Program road map. Collaborative project and workstream planning.

About you

Experience

At least 5 years’ experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects. Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online,

Minimum Salesforce certified:

o Administrator

o Platform Developer I

o Platform Developer II

o Platform App Builder

Really good to have:

o System Architect

o Application Architect

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • A pro-active personality, with a can-do attitude and excellent relationship-building skills.

  • Available and responsive to question, clarifications and instructions and ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels.

  • A self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams.

  • Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence,

  • A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy,

  • Excellent ability to coach, motivate and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of Salesforce professionals
