We are building state of the art platform to support our overall organisation industrialise and scale Artificial Intelligence and Data in Digital products. All products being developed bring outstanding capabilities that will participate in new drug discovery together with scientists, in trial efficiency and cycle time reduction.

Main responsibilities:

• Own the product from a "What" and "Why" perspective

• Define, create, and communicate product roadmap aligned with business objectives and supported by business cases, market research, customer data and competitive analysis

• Work cross-functionally with all areas of the business, partnerships, and with senior stakeholders in commercial, research, technology, operations, and marketing departments

• Be accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint

• Manage backlog prioritization of work

• Work with Scrum Master and delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, being available to solve issues

• Inspire the team and bring a unique vision and perspective for what is possible

3. T he profile of the colleague we ’d love to work with / Le profil du collègue avec qui nous adorerions travailler

As a Product Owner, you will be a senior leader and act as a mini-CEO for this digital product, co-defining product strategy with the business, planning product roadmap, driving product delivery with delivery team, and measuring/optimizing business impact.

Experience :

• Product management or building complex digital solutions, preferably with experience in data and AI systems/platforms

• Experience in a healthcare company is a strong plus

Soft skills :

• Strong drive and ability to build & share product vision

• Excellent communication & presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders

• Proven business sense, ability to take decisions, think strategically and partner with business/other teams

• Track-record of problem-solving & overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment, with “get things done” mindset

• Strong cross-functional leadership & influencing skills

• Strong project management skills

Technical skills :

• Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & Integration

• Education :

• Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field, with 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare or biotech. 

• Languages : English
