HP Inc. Junior Project Manager for Customer Insights and Advocacy in Barcelona, Spain

The Customer Insights and Advocacy Team is nestled inside the Commercial Organization in support of Workforce Solutions growth. Customer Advocacy, Experience Measurement and Advisory Board programs are all worldwide initiatives to empower customer's voice and deliver insights that will spur changes to accelerate sales, foster loyalty and fortify HP Workforce Solutions future position.

We are seeking a graduate/junior results-driven project manager to join our worldwide team and support our programs' growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects in support of our Customer Relationship Experience Measurement program and communication of wins internally.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer relationship Experience Measurement Program:

  • Own Action Tracker: transform qualitative customer insights (positive and detractors) into actions across account teams and business units.

  • Orchestrate communication and run follow-up processes to ensure completion and regular updates.

  • Support weekly reporting process of survey results.

  • Play a key supporting role in the deployment of the survey ensuring we collect critical information that enables the execution of the survey.

  • Communication of wins internally:

  • Assist with preparation of the weekly senior management communication ' win of the week' worldwide.

  • Create and produce a v-blog series to highlight top quarter customer wins and foster best practices sharing.

  • Go after logo of top quarter customer wins.

  • Build solid project plan, and lead from beginning to end.

  • Manage your deliverables, report progress proactively. Capability of managing 3-4 projects with various level of complexity

  • Contribute/be exposed to other team's member projects.

Working Relationship:

  • Interact with community of subject matter experts across markets to ensure collaborative and successful execution of the projects.

  • Foster strong relationships with sales team, post sales teams and global business units.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor /Undergraduate or master's degree in business with interest for IT industry.

  • Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships related to the job content would be a plus.

  • Entry level knowledge with a demonstrated interest in building project management skills in close contact with sales, customers, or partners.

  • Strong organizational skills: planning, scheduling, coordinating and execution of various tasks and stages.

  • Excellent communication in English and interpersonal abilities. Speak with confidence and enthusiasm. An additional language is a plus.

  • Flexibility to work across geographies.

  • Take initiative towards process optimization, knowledge acquisition and quality assurance.

  • Strong sense of creativity and storytelling that can capture and engage your viewers.

  • Good networking skills to help expand your opportunities, learn from others, and find support and guidance.

Technical Skills:

  • MS office suite

  • Strong in Excel / Smartsheet

  • Video edition software
