Your key responsibilities• Review the demand plan in collaboration with the regions for strategic categories having a relevant impact on RM belonging to Strategic Materials Portfolio• Assess the impact of market changes or significant variances in the forecast and recommend appropriate revisions and tactics.• Collect past/future demand factors (distribution gains/losses, price changes, new/discontinued products and promotion plans…) and forecast/model their impacts on demand. • Manage statistical forecast exceptions by utilizing demand-planning exception reports to identify and fix potential issues. • Prepare and lead the demand reviews to create a consensus-based demand plan• Participate and support S&OP meetings with demand information and analysis• Develop, monitor and communicate reports on changes and forecast accuracy to business unit and supply chain organizations, while driving continuous improvement.

You bring• Graduate in Engineering, Administration or similar. Master in Supply Chain is a plus• Supply Chain background with 1-2 years of experience in Demand and/or Business Planning• Strong analytical and organizational skills• Strong capability for collaborating in multinational, multicultural teams• Proficient in English• Good knowledge on Excel and PowerPoint• Knowledge on SAP and Kinaxis is a plus
