The CSG will ensure that the Mid Market Units GTM and Quick Start plan are executed in terms of Demand Generation is achieved on time and in the best possible shape by supporting the members of the teams on their daily tasks. The CSG should be able to adapt quickly and intervene in case a Mid Market Unit need more ressources.

What you'll do

• Ensuring that our data quality is in the best shape possible by actively contributing to prospect data enrichment and preparation for sales execution.

• Using reporting tools to keep our campaigns and prospect engagement on track

• Playing a key role in the preparation and follow up of Demand Generation campaigns, including Blitz Days (when all our sales teams concentrate on new prospect interactions) and working with our prospect engagement platform (Outreach)

• Segmenting the market with the help of intelligent tools

• Create landing pages for volume campaigns or Account Based Marketing (ABM)

The Campaign Support Graduate will also find creative ways to elaborare and execute new projects in order to improve the processes of the Demand Generation teams.

What you bring

• Marketing and/or Sales Operations Background

• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Attention to details as well as ability to deliver highly qualitive work and results

• Strongly driven, proactivity and problem-solver mindset

• Strong teamwork skills as well as ability to work independently, learn and adapt quickly

• Capacity to listen actively to understand assignments, identify priorities to be able to deliver expected results

• Good IT/ preferably business software knowledge and top-level understanding of SAP solutions

• Clarify of communication both verbal and written is a must for all required languages
