One of the key pillars towards this vision is to create a bulk ordering experience such that Customers come to Amazon Business first for all of their bulk purchases, irrespective of size or complexity.
Amazon Business is looking for a Customer-obsessed Quoting Specialist with a thorough understanding of the Amazon Marketplace to help shape the future of our B2B Quoting Business and improve the bulk ordering experience for our Business Customers and Sellers. The Quoting Specialist will be responsible for connecting with both Sellers and Customers to coordinate bulk orders, and also interfaces regularly with Seller Account Managers and Customer Advisors owning the primary Buyer-Seller Relationships.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a demonstrated track record of successful account and project management, juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines, and using data to identify and prioritize opportunities. They are an expert in Amazon Marketplace selling. They are analytical, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has strong persuasion skills with the ability to deliver recommendations with authority and influence senior decision makers.
We will accept candidates located across EU5 Marketplaces.
Key job responsibilities
Manages a portfolio of requests from strategic accounts, against a set of output and input goals, and support them in fulfilling bulk orders by Business Customers.
Help improve business processes and make us more effective in supporting our Business Customers and Sellers.
Work on projects to improve the long-term business Customer experience and grow the Amazon Business marketplace.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2+ years experience in business or account management in eCommerce or a similar industry.
Fluency in English and one of these languages: Spanish, French, German or Italian.
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, Power Point and Word)
Able to work in a diverse team
Preferred Qualifications
Strong data skills including Microsoft Excel
Good listener and effective communicator
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Always does what is right for the customer; relentlessly customer-focused
Experience contacting and providing solutions for companies’ needs in a target-based environment
Experience using Salesforce.com or another CRM tool
Experience working with legal, product, and internal stakeholders
SQL knowledge is an advantage
