The Global CSX and OPEX Support Intern will be a vital member of our Supply Chain Finance team, assisting in global CSX (Customer Service Excellence) and OPEX (Operational Expenditure) controlling, including global warehouse cost and personnel cost controlling. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in supply chain finance and financial controlling.

Your key responsibilities

  • Project Support:

  • Provide assistance in the financial aspects of various supply chain projects.

  • Support project planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews.

  • Headcount and Personnel Cost Controlling

  • Help monitor and control headcount and personnel costs.

  • Collaborate with HR and operational teams to optimize personnel cost efficiency.

  • Customer Service Processes and KPIs

  • Gain an understanding of customer service processes and related KPIs.

  • Assist in providing financial analysis to enhance customer service excellence.

You bring

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling. Familiarity with SAP or other financial management systems is a plus.
