In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships at existing accounts and new prospects to sell dsm-firmenich products to petfood manufacturers in Southern Europe. You will report to the EMEA Regional Sales Manager Pet Food and enter into the European pet team. You will travel 50% on average in this role.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop privileged relationships with key decision makers at regional pet food manufacturers, toll manufacturers and brands.

• Achieve KPI objective according to regional marketing targets and global pricing strategy.

• Obtain in-depth knowledge about customers and competitive environment.

• Align with multi-functional customer teams responsible for delivering the pet food strategy and value creation among pet nutrition customers.

You bring

• A background in Business School or the Food industry.

• 5+ years of experience in international B2B sales, ideally in pet food or related sectors.

• A proven track record in sales with high energy and a strong drive for results.

• Exceptional skills in customer management, negotiation, and strategy are required.

• Ability to influence key decision-makers, with strong customer focus and collaboration skills in complex environments.

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and additional language proficiency is a plus.
