Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, oversee, and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance of our building, equipment, and machinery. The selected candidate will ensure that EHS objectives and plans are achieved and preventative and responsive maintenance programs are in place. The role involves leading the development and application of predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and critical processes. The Maintenance Supervisor will also be responsible for assigning daily jobs and tasks, documentation, and the coaching and development of the team, as well as assisting with repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery.

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Barberton, Ohio.

Work Environment

This is a non-union position, but candidates must be open to all shifts as we will be changing to a 3-3-2-2 schedule sometime in 2024. Openness to working 365 days a year is required, although last year we were able to provide 2 holidays off. Current shift options include: 2nd shift (7a - 3p, work every other weekend), 3rd shift (11p - 7a, work every other weekend), and 1st shift (7a - 7p, 3-3-2-2 schedule). The average workweek is currently 48 - 56 hours, with the company policy not allowing employees to work over 64 hours per week. The salary range for this position is $85k - $95k, with additional pay blocks for every 4, 8, and 12 hours worked in addition to a 40-hour week.
