JOB REQUIREMENTS: Looking for a motivated individual to work apartment maintenance/constructions. Experience is not necessary, will train the right person. Individual must be reliable, have dependable method of transportation and be able to heavy (over 75 pounds) often. Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures. Provide groundskeeping services, such as landscaping or snow removal. Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices.
