At MIS, we are dedicated to advancing dental implant technology,

Areas of Responsibility:

• Enter data and errors into a dedicated system.

• Ensure accuracy and update data to support operational effectiveness.

• Work with various systems to maintain data integrity and meet quality standards.

• Accurately enter customer complaint data into the dedicated system and send data to the FDA system.

• Understand and interpret data to ensure correct classification and documentation.

• Maintain up-to-date records and ensure data quality.

• Collaborate with additional interfaces.

• Prepare periodic reports and updates on data status.

• Assist in the development and improvement of data entry processes.

• Support the Quality Department with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements and skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – Advantage.

• Proficiency in English.

• Previous experience in data entry or operational roles.

• Familiarity with computer systems.
