Ancora, LLC, d/b/a Anchorage Motel, located at 51 Mt. Desert Street, Bar Harbor, Maine, 04609 (Tel. 207-266-9136 and 207-266-4403) (Email: anchorage@staybarharbor.com and brandon@staybarharbor.com), is seeking 7 Housekeepers needed for temporary, full-time employment.

Housekeepers are responsible for changing linens, dusting furniture, vacuuming the rooms, walkway and lobby area, emptying trash cans, cleaning bathrooms, restocking rooms, and otherwise ensuring the guest rooms, housekeeping rooms and common areas are clean. Responsible for notifying management of any maintenance problems. Prior experience is not required. Minimum Education: High School or less.

Employer will offer 35 hours of work per week, from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Work will be performed in Bar Harbor, Maine. Workers are needed to begin work on April 1, 2025 through October 31, 2025. Workers will be paid no less than \$17.00 per hour. Employer will provide on-the-job training. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid on Friday (bi-weekly) by check. The employer will make all deductions from the workers paycheck required by law and will not make any deduction which are not required by law.

Lodging is available in employer-owned housing at no cost. Transportation to and from worksite will be provided at no cost to the worker.

If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from place of recruitment to place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least \$15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts.

The employer will reimburse the worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
