IBM Salesforce Digital Marketer in Banska Bystrica, Slovakia

You are on the right place! Our team of Salesforce Digital Marketers at IBM Slovensko spol.s.r.o. works closely with our clients, the biggest brands, on creating and supporting multichannel digital campaigns. Covering the whole process - idea &

strategy, content creation, build targets groups & segments, reporting and campaigns improvements. There is wide range of opportunities to express yourself, learn something new and progress in your IT skills.

Your Role and Responsibilities

The whole process starting with communication with a client to understand client's needs, requirements, or goals. To be able to deliver a digital campaign you must know what your target group is - here you will leverage knowledge of client's data model and for more difficult campaign write SQL. Important part of digital campaign is content - emails, supporting web pages, SMS, mobile notifications etc.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and web technologies is your main skill to build eye catching campaigns. Experience with graphical design is a plus. Now you are ready to activate the campaign and reach out to customers all over the world.

Analyzing the campaign results, looking for improvements and ideas to build a better campaign next time is what keeps our Digital Marketers and our clients moving forward. We are working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, which helps you easily deliver digital campaigns without deep knowledge of IT, programing skills or data science. However basic knowledge of IT, web technologies (HTML, CSS), data model/SQL is a must.

You can work on this position from our office in Bratislava/Banska Bystrica/Kosice.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Excellent communication in English, and experience in working in international environment in a client facing role

  • Experience in campaign execution role, hands on experience of a tool used to run marketing campaign (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud / IBM Unica / Acoustic / Adobe Campaign / Mailchimp and others)

  • Strong analytical abilities to analyze customer data and determine if campaign brief provided will be enhancing customer experience

  • Understanding of relational databases architecture and SQL basics

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS

  • Experience with UI/UX design is plus
