Job Description

A Property Management and Construction company in Bangor, ME is hiring a General Laborer to support their residential construction sites in Bangor. The job will provide onsite training and duties will consist of performing a variety of manual tasks to prepare job sites, load and unload materials, and assist with other tasks. This individual will also be assisting with maintaining cleanliness around the site, removing debris, and constructing temporary fencing for the site. Carpentry skills are a plus, including the ability to read a tape measurer.

Shift: Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:00 (30 mins for lunch)

Duration: Year-round, company does not shutdown in the winter so work/hours will remain consistent

Pay Range: $17/-$19/hr ($20/hr if individual has Carpentry background)

Skills and Requirements

-Previous job experience, ideally within construction, landscaping, or general contracting

-Ability to follow instruction, communicate well, and complete tasks in a timely manner -Background in carpentry null
