IBM Technology Partner Specialist - Ecosystem Sales in Bangkok, Thailand

Introduction

The 'IBM Ecosystem' includes thousands of partners who 'Build' on, 'Sell' or 'Service' IBM technologies and platforms. As a Technology Partner Specialist your purpose is to cultivate trusted-advisor Partner relationships across all these offerings, and orchestrate joint strategic plans at the partner firm level that drive IBM's wallet share and revenue growth, as well as technical enablement planning.

Co-creating on business growth plans, you'll gain Partner C-Level support for joint growth initiatives, as well as bring IBM capabilities and resources together to accelerate your partners' go-to-market success with IBM Technology offerings.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • You will be the key point of contact and champion for aligned partners; cultivate deep trusted relationships and orchestrate partner planning, strategy, and management.

  • Own and manage the relationship with partners; assigned to specific partner or group of partners.

  • You'll be responsible for achieving partner revenue targets. Managing pipeline development and progression of deals for aligned partners. Coordinate ecosystem team across technical, sales, partner growth, Etc., to deliver superior value and services to partners.

  • Voice/advocate for partners within IBM, connecting partners to critical resources across IBM, BUs, and sellers.

  • End Client engagement responsibilities, including services.

  • Be accountable for projects or programs involving multi-functional, country-wide or regional teams.

  • Be responsible for overall functional program success. Activities are subject to business measurements, impact customer satisfaction, and impact functional, business unit, or country costs or expenses.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Has extensive channel and alliance experience in the Indonesian market

  • Has at least 10 years of relevant sales and partner management experience

  • Proven track in translating partner and customer product requirements into solutions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Customer -oriented mindset with a focus on delivering solution that meet client needs
