As a Sea Logistics Training Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel in Thailand, you will design and deliver training programs for sea logistics operations, onboard new employees, and continuously improve training content. Your role ensures employees are well-prepared to manage international shipments and maintain high customer satisfaction. Your Role

You will focus on supporting the organization in achieving operational excellence by upscaling the knowledge + competencies of our teams through exceptional instructional methods, training, along with coaching + skills development. You will drive productivity organically + ensure the organization is always fully equipped for success.

Your Responsibilities

• To provide operational systems + general business field training to new users with effective training techniques + high quality documentation. This includes conducting online training + live training.

• To ensure that all training is accurately recorded in the company's Learning Management System (LMS).

• To monitor + report the completeness of training for both hard + soft skill competencies.

• To research methods + techniques in workplace training, remaining up-to-date on developments within the industry + the competition.

• To administer assessments to determine the effectiveness of training strategies.

• To create high quality training material as per KN standards using available digital platforms/technology (myKN/Wiki) as determined by the company.

• To develop training concepts + learning paths for teams + individuals

• To drive productivity organically through upscaling the knowledge + competencies of the organization.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Good presentation, able to speak in front of large group of audiences to conduct trainings/workshops

• Good command of Thai and English
