Are you interested in technical sales and enjoy having a close contact with customers? Are you eager to join a sales team that collaborate with other departments to exceed customer expectations?

We are looking for Sales Engineer, Commercial Building Services to handle sales within assigned business scope within the framework of the strategies and policies of the company to deliver sales target.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Handling of sales within assigned business scope within the framework of the strategies and policies of the company

  • Implementation of sales policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with corporate policies.

  • Create and maintain good relationship with customers.

  • According to sales target, work out sales strategy and sales budget in the specific business area of the specific region. After review and approve by the management, carry out the qualitative and quantitative tasks in respect of policies and the authority assigned.

  • Monitor account receivable balance monthly; follow up with customers on outstanding balances and ensure that customers pay as per terms to provide and maintain cash flow and reduce potential bad debts.

  • Maintain good relationship with dealers, building project’s owner, engineering contractor, design institute, consulting firms, and authorities.

  • Other tasks assigned by managers.

Your required skills and experience include:

  • Experience in HVAC system is required

  • Ability to lad processes or projects

  • Ability to develop a business process within Commercial Building Services.

  • Most likely to have 3-5 years of relevant work experience

  • Solid knowledge of the plans, processes, and activities within the functional area in Commercial Building Services.

  • Proven ability influence others and possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws, and regulations where applicable, for the Commercial Building Services.
