Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for a RIC Professional to support our CEO & CFOs in fulfilling their responsibility of implementing a robust Risk & Internal Control (RIC) framework.

In this role you will oversee all RIC activities, ensuring seamless coordination, evaluation, and reporting across our ASEAN countries, including Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

  • You will lead the management of an effective Internal Control system, ensuring transparency for annual In Control Certifications.

  • You will oversee the annual Internal Control process, including ICFR (if applicable), assessment activities, and progress monitoring.

  • You will provide regular reporting to Management and Headquarter, offering valuable insights and updates.

  • You will conduct quality and validation checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • You will manage the quarterly Internal Certification process, enhancing the rigor of our IC practices.

  • You will drive the quarterly ERM update process, facilitating risk workshops with Management to ensure a proactive approach to risk management.

  • You will act as the primary contact for all RIC-related topics, supporting stakeholders and fostering effective communication.

  • You will collaborate with External and Internal Auditors, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment on RIC matters.

  • You will promote best practice sharing within the RIC community, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

  • You will develop and conduct training sessions, providing tool support, and continuously enhancing the RIC process.

  • You are excellent team player with the ability to connect the dots across different departments, fostering collaboration and synergy.

  • Degree in fields such as Public Accountancy, Business Administration, or related careers. Prior experience in Big4 or other consultancy firms is a plus.

  • Proactive and growth-oriented mindset, always seeking opportunities to drive positive change and improvement.

  • High flexibility and commitment to excellence, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in business, finance, and accounting processes, ensuring a holistic understanding of our IC framework.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken English, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders.
