What you need to know about this position:

  • This position leads in the entire main pillars (Hot zone, Main Shelf, Secondary Display). Two parts of function is being managed (Main / Home Shelf & Secondary display). For Home shelf - PSM deal with Modern Trade customers by having strategic partnership by ways of having more penetration of products from MT & TT (enable to have instore project, month end review to keep up with them ) as well as ensuring compliance on home shelf display (right category management) . For Secondary display, managing people on POSM use, designing perfect store program / local independent store program)

Job specific requirements:

  • University graduate from across major

  • Minimum working experience 8-9 years, preferably FMCG industry

  • Minimum 5 years relevant front line selling experience in managerial level

  • 3-5 Years’ experience in handling Merchandising (In-store Visibility) & Instore Activation across channels

  • 3-5 Years’ experience in Category & Channel Development

  • Nielsen Retail Audit

  • Microsoft Office(Excel, Words & Power Points)
