Digital Alchemy Marketing Manager in Bangkok, Thailand

The Marketing manager is responsible for providing direction, guidance and leadership to the marketing department. The Marketing manager also oversees all execution of marketing initiatives including advertising, campaigns, sales promotion, visual, and vendor partnerships.


  • Create, manage and implement marketing strategy, plan and budget in conjunction with appropriate team members

  • Develop and cultivate relationship with, Sales Team and Operations Team located at the project

  • Manage and leverage field Marketing Coordinator

  • Manage and support production of Operational marketing needs

  • Manage all agency and vendor relationships including but not limited to creative, digital marketing, digital development, PR and in-house production team

  • Manage client’s relationship and expectation in term of marketing strategy

  • Create and manage budget, purchase orders, billing process, campaign ROI and communicate transparently with stakeholders

  • Contributing and Leading in RR business initiatives

  • Set up direction and requirement for marketing strategy for RR and clients

  • Monitor campaign, project, product performance contributed into overall marketing strategy and company goals

  • Create and manage marketing campaigns including but not limited to all digital push and pull initiatives, direct mail, emails, events, owner referral, broker referral, social media and nurturing, etc.

  • Manage/develop collateral, signage and print media schedules

  • Manage development of all fulfillment materials and fulfillment process

  • Develop strategic brand partnerships & implement PR/lead generation campaigns

  • Manage PR firms and provide strategic direction for PR activity as well as coordinate and host individual and group press visits

  • Provide content for press releases, stories, interviews, etc.


  • Strong marketing operational and analytical skills.

  • Project Management skills with high degree of attention to detail.

  • Financial planning, forecasting and budget experience.

  • Experience with collaborative vendor partnerships including the management of co-op programs.

  • Digital Agency experience preferred.

  • BA or Marketing degree preferred.
