As an integral member of our Digital Hub, your role as a graphic designer is crucial in shaping the visual aspects of digital transformation at CDM Smith. You will be instrumental in:

• Designing and Producing Digital Content: Creating visually appealing communications, presentations, internal websites, and marketing materials for new digital offerings and managing content for our SharePoint Intranet.

• UI/UX Design: Developing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for internal and external applications. Your work will enhance user experience by ensuring logical flow and aesthetically pleasing designs across digital platforms.

• Strategic Collaboration: Participating in strategy sessions to discuss and develop visual and interactive storylines that enhance our digital tools.

• Innovative Visualization: Researching and implementing fresh, engaging design ideas for presentations, social media, and interactive digital experiences.

• Concept Development: Working closely with marketing and internal teams to refine graphics, visual themes, and user interfaces that effectively communicate complex information.

• Technical Proficiency: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of graphic design software and UI/UX design tools and actively contributing to our graphics database.

• Quality Assurance: Conducting thorough reviews to ensure all visual and interactive materials meet quality standards before final production.

• Brand Integrity: Upholding CDM Smith’s brand standards across all digital platforms and communications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree

• 3+ Years of related experience

• Experience developing proposal templates, layouts, graphics, presentations, etc., for engineering, technology, or software companies (preferred).

• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects, Animate), Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office (SharePoint, PowerPoint) products. and UI/UX design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

• Experience developing infographics and other graphics used to prove concepts or ideas.

• Experience using SharePoint and MS Teams, video editing, and interactive documents (such as Adobe Spark) are a plus.

• Ability to complete tasks within tight schedules and under strict layout controls.

• Ability to collaborate with other creative team members.

Background Check and Drug Testing Information:
