Position Summary

The Workday Talent and Dev Associate (or whatever) will be responsible for the analysis, design, and configuration across multiple modules within the Workday platform to include Recruiting, Talent, Performance, and Learning.

Qualifications

Responsibilities :

  • Configures and designs Workday Learning module by collaborating with stakeholders in the US and globally to recommend and implement system enhancements, and to ensure an efficient and engaging user experience.

  • Creates audience reports for Workday Learning Campaigns (this may go away with R2.)

  • Partners with Global HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Talent Development teams for day to day support.

  • Works alongside Recruiting and Talent Product Owners to configure and update workflows, condition rules, notifications, validations, and other module-specific updates.

  • Troubleshoots unexpected results or process flaws and recommend solutions.

  • Reviews bi-annual release items for Workday Learning, completes regression testing, and reviews enhancements with stakeholders. Assists in the bi-annual process for Workday Talent/Performance and Recruiting.

  • Partner and collaborate with Product Manager and Product Owner for Workday Talent/Performance and Recruiting to support the review of continuous process improvement and ongoing requests.

  • Remains active in Workday Community to find solutions, best practices, and to recommend enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience configuring Workday Recruiting required, with experience in Workday Learning highly desirable.

  • Basic knowledge of Workday security.

  • Experience completing mass updates via EIB loads.

  • Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbally.

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.

  • Outstanding follow through and attention to detail.
