Position Overview: We are seeking an expert Scrum Master with experience in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices to join our software development team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding our Generative AI development teams, ensuring effective implementation of Agile methodologies, and driving continuous improvement. Attention to detail, data-driven reporting of sprint status, sprint metrics tracking, and highlighting spill overs will be key aspects of this role. Experience in product development Scrum teams will be helpful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agile and Scrum Practices: Facilitate the adoption of Agile and Scrum methodologies within the product development team, ensuring adherence to established processes, ceremonies, and standard methodologies.

• SAFe Practices: Apply your knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices to effectively scale Agile practices across multiple teams and projects, promoting collaboration and alignment.

• Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in defining and refining user stories, acceptance criteria, and tasks, ensuring clarity and accuracy for the development team.

• Data-Driven Reporting: Generate comprehensive and data-driven reports on sprint status, using relevant tools and techniques to provide clear insight into the team's progress, achievements, and challenges.

• Sprint Metrics Tracking: Track and analyze sprint metrics, such as velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle time, to identify trends, areas for improvement, and optimize team performance.

• Identify and resolve barriers to execution, dependencies with other teams and their deliverables.

• Ensure that all road blocks for the scrum teams success are removed pro actively.

• Highlighting Spill Overs: Proactively identify and communicate any spill overs or impediments that may impact the team's ability to meet sprint commitments, facilitating timely resolution and preventing future occurrences.

Requirements:

• Agile, Scrum, and SAFe Expertise: 6+ years of strong understanding and practical knowledge in Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and SAFe practices.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precise user story refinement, acceptance criteria definition, and task management.

• Data-Driven Reporting: Proficiency in generating data-driven reports, applying relevant tools and techniques to present sprint status and metrics in a clear and concise manner.

• Knowledge of any scripting language is a good to have.

• Product Development Experience: Previous experience working with product development Scrum teams, with a solid understanding of Java or Python technologies and development processes.

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and facilitation within the team and with stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven track record to identify and address impediments, spill overs, and challenges in a timely and proactive manner, driving continuous improvement within the team.
