Job Summary

The Sr. Service Delivery Leader will provide global leadership of Finance application support and service delivery for Trane Technologies via an outsource partner.

Management of Solutions supported are across matrixed internal and outsourced service delivery teams. Will also have responsibility as Application Owner for a limited number of applications.

Responsibilities:

· Drive Trane Technologies’ service delivery and enhancement strategy across outsourced providers and vendors, holding all parties accountable to agreed quality, delivery, and cost targets and SLAs.

· Manage third party provider for all service escalations from both Trane Technologies and other third-party service providers, managing conflict and driving mutually acceptable resolution.

· Hold third party providers accountable to drive major incident and outage response from escalation through resolution across all external and internal service delivery teams to minimize down-time and ensure seamless service restoration.

· Review after-incident summaries from third party provider for accuracy/completeness (impact, root cause, and corrective actions) and share with SBU executives and functional leaders.

· Review metrics and operational services by the AMS outsourcer to drive continuous improvement with both internal and external service providers.

· Responsible for management compliance controls are operating effectively via outsource provider. Ensures outsource provider is supporting all audit inquiries and executing agreed upon remediation of any findings.

· Act as business partner for resources at an equivalent level for SBU IT and related function business partners for applications owned.

· Act as a solution architect and partner with Enterprise Apps and Enterprise Architecture for new solutions, system improvements for applications owned.

· Contribute to the development and execution of the application roadmap to build the technology strategy with a cloud first mentality for applications owned.

· As a trusted advisor, collaborate with each SBU and IT leadership teams to strategize and prioritize complex business process enhancements and solutions, ensuring strong business ownership and engagement for requirements and acceptance testing of deliverables.

· For applications owned, ensure adherence to standards for break/fix, enhancements, and projects including functional design sign off (MD50) and review/approve test plans with business process owner (what is being tested; regression testing; left/right testing)

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· 10-15 years of experience managing a large breadth of solutions.

· Knowledge and experience with complex manufacturing or functional operations

· Diligent attention to detail, process adherence, and lean leadership.

· Ability to lead cross functional teams on multiple tasks simultaneously among changing priorities.

· Previous leadership and management experience

· Advanced degree

· Influential leader who possesses exceptional business acumen coupled with a strong working knowledge of complex solutions and an ability to lead without authority.

· Operational experience and strong disciplined process knowledge. This knowledge will be used to direct, and coach third party partners.

· Strong facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills applied across matrixed and outsourced teams with an ability to lead and influence all levels of leadership.

· Ability to quickly prioritize competing priorities and personally dive deep when required to drive delivery of solutions in very high-pressure situations.

· Ability to assess current state application framework, assess business needs (current and future), and drive effective and efficient processing via in-scope applications.

· Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to gather facts and deliver succinct messages to all levels of leadership quickly.

· Strong appetite and drive for innovation for the benefit of the customer as well as speed to bring new solutions to production using lean, agile and Dev/Sec/Ops principles.

· Technical expertise in deep data analysis to solve complex problems
