Position Overview:

This position is supervisory and has direct reports. This role is responsible for the construction, implementation, and ongoing delivery of Situs-AMC’s Business Analytics requirements. The strategy includes the formulating the technical requirement of the business requirement and developing the solution using BI and Data science expertise.

Essential Job Functions

• Developing and implementing an overall organizational data strategy that is in line with business processes. The strategy includes data model designs, database development standards, implementation and management of cloud / data warehouses and data analytics platform.

• Identifying data sources, both internal and external, and working out a plan for data management that is aligned with organizational data strategy. Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors for the smooth functioning of the Analytics data platform.

• Managing end-to-end data architecture, from selecting the platform, designing the technical architecture, and developing the application to finally testing and implementing the proposed solution.

• Planning and execution of big data solutions using technologies such as cloud/ on-premise.

• Defining and managing the flow of data and dissemination of information within the organization.

• Responsible for Data governance and Integrating technical functionality, ensuring data accessibility, accuracy, and security.

• Conducting a continuous audit of data management system performance, refine whenever required, and report immediately any breach or loopholes to the stakeholders.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

· Four-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Knowledge of systems development, including system development life cycle, project management approaches and requirements, design and testing techniques in cloud and on-premise platforms

· Proficiency in data modeling and design, data engineering and database administration

· Understanding of Analytics platform I production including deployment of BI dashboards, ML algorithms and APIs

· Ability to implement common data management and reporting technologies, as well as the basics of columnar and NoSQL databases, data visualization, unstructured data, and predictive analytics.

· The employee may be required to report to a different local office as a normal, contemplated, and mandated incident of their employment
