Job Purpose

  • Responsible for the Software Asset Management of multiple software vendors, creation of Purchase Orders for renewals and contractors utilizing Ariba, and management of multiple small programs.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the Software Asset Management of multiple software vendors including the following Tracking software usage and updates Compliance with licensing agreements including performing audits Working with procurement on renewals and coordinating the renewals with the business unit leaders.

  • Responsible for the creation of Purchase Orders utilizing Ariba Create and manage the purchase orders efficiently using Ariba, our procurement management system Collaborate with various individuals to gather the necessary information for purchase orders, including product specifications, the quantity of licenses required Verifying pricing, terms and conditions to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements Coordinate with procurement and vendors to confirm order details and resolve any discrepancies. Monitor purchase order status and update stakeholders on the status Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices amd related documentation Assist in resolving invoice and purchase order discrepancies.

  • Strong communications skills and be adept at working with cross functional teams and have a keen eye for accuracy and compliance.

  • Responsible for managing one or more program(s) Develops the program strategy, supporting business cases and various enterprise wide high-level project plans. Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business. Communicates with business leadership to communicate program strategy, direction and changes.

  • Responsible for delivering all projects contained in the project portfolio on time, within budget and meeting the strategic and business requirements. Responsible for tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to Project Managers.

Role Requirements

  • ( E=essential, P=preferred.)

  • E - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience.

  • E – 5+ years of relevant professional work experience.

  • E - Prior project management experience.

  • E- High level understanding of Finance

  • E-Proficiency using Ariba or similar procurement management software

  • E-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

  • E - Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and Tools.

  • E – Superior influencing, presentation and communication skills

  • P - Experience working as Software Asset Management

  • P- Experience working with Ariba

  • P-experience in procurement, purchasing role.
