Job title:

Senior Software Technologist I

Your role:

  • Engage with the end users to understand the pain points, define the optimal solutions, and deliver the working software.

  • Takes ownership of development code baseline for complex modules.

  • Performs the role of a software designer by implementing components/modules/sub-systems.

  • Performs the role of a specialist by reviewing work products.

  • Analyze existing implementation and adapt specific components to meet the current business needs.

  • Lead design and development of high-quality, re-useable, high-performance SW components along with Automation.

  • Mentor the junior members of the team on technical aspects to enable on-time delivery.

  • Self-driven and flexible to work beyond the call of the job.

  • Support project management and lead the estimations, and releases.

  • Manages technical communication with partners and stakeholders.

  • Contribute the Design/Release documents needed for the software release aligning to the defined QMS Process.

You're the right fit if:

  • 7 to 14 years of software development experience

  • Expertise in C# .NET, Basic Python, Oracle & Powershell.

  • Experience with AWS or similar cloud computing environments as well as experience in defining and delivering cost-effective, agile, robust, and secure technology solutions.

  • Experience working with Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, Linux Docker containers, cloud-based and modern CI/CD tools and pipelines is an advantage

  • Experience in PromQL, Grafana, GO LANG & developing RESTFul microservices is an advantage.

  • Experience & firm knowledge of software design concepts and design patterns.

  • Experience in the system design and implementation of complex, multi-generation, SW products.

  • Experience with Agile methodology, Tools, and Practices.

  • Expertise in development testing and debugging skills

  • Strong abstraction, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in object-oriented design and multi-threaded programming.

  • Working with multisite teams, Quality-conscious and process-oriented.

  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills with an ability to interact with Partners and geographically distributed teams.
