Microsoft Corporation Senior Product Manager in Bangalore, India

The Security Customer Experience Engineering (CxE) team is part of the Microsoft Security Division. We work with customers and partners from all over the world to drive service adoption. The Security CxE Data & Insights team is central for the Security Division providing key customer intelligence and growth initiatives for the SCIM Products Division. The team uses cutting edge big data technologies and build data products that drive customer growth, product engagement, and customer satisfaction. This team has an exciting opportunity for a PM in India. We are looking for customer-obsessed, strong technical skills, with a growth mindset, compassion for customer experience, and an experimental approach to join our team.

Value driven data and insights generation which empowers CXE stakeholders to draw actionable insights and take data driven decisions

Responsibilities

  • Builds deep understanding of the Microsoft Security business, technology, and customers

  • Partners with teams across Microsoft & within Identity division to drive customer opportunities and revenue growth.

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with ability to build comprehensive Product documentation

  • Communicates key outcomes with stakeholders and leadership.

  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products centered around Copilot, Generative AI, and data engineering.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product and other teams to create product strategies that align with the company's goals and business needs.

  • Updated on latest technology changes and implementation techniques.

  • Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of products

  • Engage closely with customers and stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements and feedback.

  • Develop and maintain a product backlog, prioritizing based on value to the customer and alignment with product strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

  • 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in the technology or AI domain , Business Intelligence & Analytics, Cloud services, Productivity applications/services, Business application/services

  • Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, including Copilot, and experience with data engineering principles and practices.

  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

  • Passion for emerging technologies and their application in solving real-world problems.
