Job Summary:

The Security Manager assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients is responsible for providing guidance and recommendations regarding security concerns. The security Manager will identify areas of improvement and capabilities which can be implemented to enhance physical and personal security.

Essential Functions:

• Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

• Ensure security policies are implemented without deviation.

• Conduct meetings with security and equipment vendors

• Responsible for recruit security personnel's and job training.

• Responsible for documentation of security personnel and all other incidents.

• Responsible for maintain security related documentation.

• Responsible for alarm monitoring and to control alarms in site.

• Responsible for maintenance of Access control system and CCTV.

• Responsible to conduct fire evacuation drill.

• Ensure proper process is followed during NHO sessions.

• Responsible for disposing / charity of lost & found items as per the policy.

• Provide security escort guards for female employees.

• Coordinate with different teams to resolve issues.

• Responsible for active participation during investigation.

• Responsible to perform audits and night checks.

• All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

• Understanding of crisis operations, risk management, and crisis communication.

• Strong working knowledge of physical security systems and components.

• Attentive to detail and accuracy.

• Able to analyze complex situations, think outside of the box, and recommend solutions.

• Able to multi-task and organize workload for effective implementation.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
