The Salesforce Developer role reports into the Head of Worldwide Sales Operations. The Sales Operations team is integral to the success of the Sales organization by helping to drive revenue and sales productivity.

This is a full-time position located at Rubrik, Bengaluru, India.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Overall 4-6 years of experience in IT / Technology / Hi Tech industry background and experience.

• Hands-on experience in core Salesforce Sales and Service cloud

• Salesforce implementation and support experience in Order management, Service Contract, Entitlement, Asset, Quoting, Opportunity, Account

• Ability to communicate effectively and interact with cross-functional teams.

• Self-starter, motivated, well-organized.

• Good listener, Willing to learn new things and thrive in a fast paced team environment.

Ideal background :

• 4+ years of experience in the Salesforce domain

• Experience creating Salesforce workflows, processes, and rules

• Experience creating custom Salesforce objects

• Experience using tools in Salesforce for data migration

• Experience creating Salesforce reports and assisting business users with creating reports

• Experience debugging end-user issues and providing clear troubleshooting steps

• Have deep expertise with Lightning Flows, Apex Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and RESTful/SOAP APIs

• Have experience with development tools such as Salesforce CLI, Workbench, and Git

• Have hands on DevOps experience with Copado or other tools

• Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator certification and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
