Revenue Operations Analyst

Brief Description: We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to manage and optimize the revenue operations process. You will be responsible for working closely with the sales, delivery, and operations teams to align efforts and using data and analytics to measure and improve performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue operations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the sales, delivery, and project management processes. The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing revenue data, creating financial reports, and providing recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and create revenue reports

• Identify potential financial risks and create solutions to mitigate them

• Provide financial reports to management and key stakeholders

• Use analytical tools to identify revenue opportunities

• Develop budgets and financial forecasts

• Analyze revenue trends to provide recommendations for cost reductions

• Closed loop process comparing actuals vs. quotes and capturing variance explanations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

• 5-6 years of experience in a related field

• Experience with financial analysis tools and software

• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The Revenue Analyst must be highly detail-oriented and comfortable working with large amounts of data. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with other professionals in the organization to achieve revenue goals. The position requires a high degree of accuracy, communication skills and analytical abilities to report findings to multiple departments within the organization.
