The primary objective of the procurement organization is to support the growth of export programs by building and managing global contracts, negotiating commercial agreements, and strategically managing vendors and their performance globally.
As a Regional Procurement Manager you will own the region’s SEND procurement operation responsibilities, including forecasting, inventory management, purchase order creation, management and monitoring.
You will also lead supplier management KPI´s and metrics reporting, as well as develop and work with stakeholders to find and understand deviation and improvement areas. You will provide procurement leadership for the locations and alignment with building leadership team to drive efficiencies and improvements in the building.
Key job responsibilities
• Align with the Procurement Operations Manager to provide procurement operations support for the region, including: RFQs, contract management, rate negotiations, supplier management, procurement transaction and expediting support.
• Develop deep knowledge of cross border logistics and assist with price index benchmarking to drive best practices.
• Manage related KPI to measure, control and benchmark procurement processes including creation of recurring metrics reports.
• Develop relationship across the partner teams, internal stakeholders and wider procurement network.
• Align with Internal customers, Finance and Procurement Operations to understand budgetary targets by region to develop an agreed method of measuring and defining savings, value and other category metrics.
• Build the carrier/ vendor metrics model based on input from the procurement lead to track and monitor performance for each carrier/ vendor
• To measure actual vs planned savings and advice team of trends, escalate issues and own action plans.
• Manage and maintain supplier scorecards.
• Support the Procurement Operations and Regional teams.

About the team
SEND is a cross border partner carrier program (XB PCP), to simplify XB FBA shipping experience for global SPs (Selling Partners), by removing key friction points such as (1) carrier discovery, selection and account creation, (2) lack of simplified shipment booking Seller Experience, and (3) limited destination marketplace compliance know-how.

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline
Preferred Qualifications
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
