About GlowRoad:

"GlowRoad is a social commerce platform that allows sellers to sell their products to end customers via resellers in over 20,000 pin codes across 2,000 locations. Resellers, who are often housewives, temporary workers, or students, help the company target Tier II and III markets. GlowRoad has been recently acquired by Amazon. We target to grow 50x in next 3 years. This is an unique opportunity to build for Bharat and be part of the rocketship."

Key job responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly-motivated Program Manager to help scale Sponsored Advertising on GlowRoad. As a Program Manager you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth, connect with suppliers, and shape the future of GlowRoad Advertising. This person is expected to identify supplier problems, opportunities to increase advertising business and create new advertising solutions for the long-term success of high-value advertisers. This role demands a strategic thinker who excels in organizing, planning, and prioritization of initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working along with sales teams, understand sales inputs and outputs and managing the rhythm of the business, and have superior program management skills. To do this, this person needs to be extremely hands-on, have excellent process orientation and stakeholder management skills. Apart from external stakeholders, this person will interact with Product, Category, Support and Seller onboarding teams on a regular basis to drive the team’s goals. 1) Program Management

• Own and drive the product adoption and engagement across advertisers and internal stakeholders.

• Set up and implement processes (SOPs) to (i) onboard users, (ii) train them and (iii) drive Ad revenues for GR business

• Closely partner with Advertisers/ Agencies and internal ad sales team, understand their priorities and act as a product consultant leveraging data/insights from the product to come up with potential advertising opportunities

• Periodically monitor and review performance and take corrective actions

• Resolve queries and requests from users & internal team on how to use and leverage the product.

2) Own/Influence the Product charter

• Work with customers to identify gaps & friction points and partner with Product & Tech team to actively contribute towards the Product roadmap

• Being the Product owner for developing specific features/insights by owning the requirements, proposed user experience, data sources and work with tech team through the development lifecycle.

3) Marketing

• Work with Marketing team and create relevant and actionable user communication and content

• Own and execute customer facing marketing initiatives including channel specific content strategy and outbound marketing.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

  • Master's degree
