Verint Systems, Inc. Product Support Engineer in Bangalore, India

We are looking for Lead Solution Delivery Architect for Verint India PS team for managing WFM & Backoffice projects delivery & management for our end customers.

Key Accountabilities

  • Project Management & implementation Delivery of VERINT WFM & Backoffice products

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication Skills

  • Excellent customer management and general analytical skills.

  • End to end ownerships of Project Delivery Cycle.

  • Intra-Team & Inter-team Communication managing skills

  • Open to work in 24x7 environment.

  • Knowledge transfer to peers

People Specification

  • 6-10 Years of experience managing Projects & Implementation Deliveries

  • Develop detailed project plans and estimates based on identified risks and options with substantiated recommendations as appropriate

  • Customer Facing & Management (Project Team Technical & Non-Technical)

  • Understand terms and conditions under which a solution scope is to be delivered

  • Be the single point of contact to the customer for the delivery of solutions and services

  • Maintain regular project status updates to external & internal stake holders

  • Hands on knowledge of WFM concepts like scheduling, performance management

  • Experience in installing/supporting WFM products preferable Verint I360 suite.

  • Good knowledge of Network operations & Windows OS 2008/2016(Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).

  • Sound Knowledge on Web Servers (IIS, Web logic, Apache Tomcat)

  • Excellent knowledge of IT security issues (firewall, Microsoft Group Policies, IIS lockdown, SSL, KMS)

  • Sound Knowledge in MS SQL Server databases and T-SQL. Should be able to understand and code medium to complex SQL queries.

  • Experience in log analysis, preferably with enterprise level application servers like Weblogic

  • Basic Knowledge around hardware -- Servers H/W modules, RAIDs.

  • Knowledge of Telephone Systems, CTI(Cisco/Avaya/Nortel), VOIP and Call Centers would be an advantage

  • Good communication and Analytical skills.

  • Working knowledge on Citrix XenApp, and VMware ESX
