The Cyber Security Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible Product Security Questionnaires (PSQ) completion and sustainment to meet the needs of the commercial organization. Builds interdepartmental relationships to facilitate PSQ completion. Holds discussions with customer and sales organization to answer customer cyber security questions and review agreements. Holds lead role in DoD-ATO technical activities. Drives product change process for security patches. Supports investigation process related to product security complaints. Communicates with development teams and supporting functions to develop product expertise. Manages and sustains existing cybersecurity documents. This position is part of the GPS located in IDC Bangalore and will be hybrid. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Fully responsible for PSQ (Product Security Questionnaire) completion process and sustainment. Build interdepartmental relationships as required to address PSQ completion

• Must be comfortable and confident in customer facing activities

• Able to deliver results in a deadline driven environment

• Own the ATO (Authority to Operate) and RMF (Risk Management Framework) Processes

• Involved in CF (customer feedback) and product complaint investigation

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor of Science or relevant experience

• Ability to work effectively across multiple departments, Self-motivated to complete tasks timely with competence; driven to self-educate and improve processes

• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with ability to build trust

• Results oriented with focused urgency, prioritization skills and ability to recognize/escalate issues appropriately.Can comprehend product specifications, architectural and high-level design, functional specifications.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
