Who you are:

It’s an exciting time to join Rubrik’s Global Procurement team as we look to transform and scale our organization to meet the demands of this hyper-growth Silicon Valley tech unicorn. You are self-motivated, execution-oriented, problem solver that thrives on opportunities to optimize and improve the status quo to drive meaningful change in our organization. You relish with working on a team and pushing operations to finalization. As a recent public company, we are constantly evolving as an organization and so we’re looking for someone who wants to build with us and ready to roll up the sleeves and wear multiple hats. You will report directly to Manager of Procurement Operations.

You will be focused on Procure to Pay Procurement operations (P2P) including workstreams: (i) PR/PO creation and approvals, (ii) contract execution, (iii) vendor onboarding and vendor management, (iv) collecting metadata in the contract repository. You’ll be responsible for staying current on procurement best practices and continuously optimizing the P2P cycle.

What You’ll do:

• Own multiple tasks and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including IT, accounts payable, finance, and legal to provide a seamless procurement experience for Rubrikans.

• Manage and rationalize the procurement process, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and data is captured in the system correctly and aligned according to compliance regulations.

• Proactively anticipate areas of opportunity and identify process gaps to provide thoughtful well-crafted recommendations/solutions.

• Support ongoing management and administration of procurement systems and work collaboratively with IT, where appropriate, to make updates.

• Work to support Global team from 6 PM IST to 3 AM IST with 3 days (partial day) required in the Bangalore office.

What skills do I need?

• Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree is a plus) from an accredited university in business, finance, or supply chain management and 5+ years indirect procurement experience.

• Mastery of procurement tools (Coupa experience is a plus), techniques and processes.

• Excellent partnering, communication, and task management skills in the P2P process.

• Comfortable working with large and sometimes ambiguous data sets from various procurement applications such as Coupa, NetSuite, Zip.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, particularly with manipulating large sets of data and organizing it in a meaningful way for your audience.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
