You’ll make a difference by:

· Understanding the integrations between Workday and various internal and external systems (Payroll) & others using Workday technologies including PECI.

· Sort and prioritize daily requests to process and deliver within the SLA.

· Execute and monitor the complete process of employee management.

· Working with Team Lead to drive improvement initiatives within the team.

· Provide resolution for employee queries.

Your success is grounded in:

· 3yrs to 5 years of HR admin / EDM relevant experience.

· Experience in EIB Mass loads activities in Workday.

· Experience in Workday Integration technologies.

· Experience in handling Workday/ PECI kick outs and knowledge of analyzing integration failure inputs.

· Ample experience in process/country transitions.

· Experience in managing small teams, international clientele and understand HR technologies such as cloud-based applications, Fusion, Workday, etc.

· Right mindset to drive operational excellence & rigor.

· Excellent written, verbal communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.
