The Managed Services Associate - Oracle Cloud Technical Associate will contribute to the delivery of managed services for Oracle Cloud clients, addressing client concerns while ensuring exceptional service quality. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud technical aspects and demonstrate strong

  • Assist in daily operations of managed services, ensuring timely resolution of client issues.

  • Support the Oracle-managed services team with troubleshooting and problem resolution.

  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction.

  • Monitor service performance metrics and assist in continuous improvement strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery.

  • Stay updated on Oracle updates and industry trends.

  • Assist in managing the service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

  • Prepare regular reports on service performance and client satisfaction for internal reviews.

Proven expertise and hands-on experience on incidents and service requests, including configuration changes and enhancements, related to the following areas ( The must-haves ):

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) & Visual Builder (Redwood pages)

  • Skills include customization of Oracle SaaS applications, as well as expertise in REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Experienced in developing SaaS extensions using Visual Builder (VBCS) for Redwood pages, with hands-on experience in creating responsive web and mobile applications.

  • Proficient in utilizing FBDI, REST API, and SOAP Web Services for Oracle Cloud ERP. Strong troubleshooting skills across various integration aspects.

  • Expertise in designing and troubleshooting integrations using OIC and Oracle Autonomous Database, including building extensions (PaaS for SaaS) and bulk integrations. Must have experience with FBDI files for Oracle ERP Cloud, implementing end-to-end data flows, and strong error-handling mechanisms.

  • Application Integration Specialist: with extensive experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Development (OIC), focusing on integrating Oracle Cloud ERP (inbound and outbound). Proficient in Cloud-to-Cloud and On-Premise to Cloud integrations, particularly in Financials, HCM, and SCM modules, as well as event-based integrations and online workflows.

Additionally, expertise in the following skills will be advantageous ( The good to haves) :

Reporting:

  • Experience with Oracle reporting tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, and OAC.

  • Ability to design complex reports and dashboards.

  • Proficiency with data modeling, warehousing, and ETL processes.

General Technical Skills:

  • Strong Understanding of Oracle modules and Fast Formulas.

  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI):

  • Skills in managing OCI services (compute, storage, networking, databases).

  • Knowledge of OCI architecture and application deployment best practices.

  • Understanding of OCI security features and practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Technical services or similar roles.

  • Good Knowledge of Oracle ERP/HCM modules with at least one certification (level 2 support).

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and manage time effectively.

  • Customer-focused mindset and commitment to high-quality service.

  • Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.

Managed Services Associates play a crucial role in ensuring the effective delivery of managed services, helping clients optimize their ERP systems. The Associate contributes to the growth and profitability of the organization's managed services department. This position requires strong technical expertise and a customer-centric approach to exceed client expectations and contribute to organizational growth.
