Manager – HR Data Management

Summary

Team is responsible for management & governance of HR data in Workday (HCM system). Job involves handling and analyzing data related to employees, such as recruitment, payroll, benefits, Performance evaluations and Compliance.

  • The position is suitable for candidates who want to be part of challenging role that includes service and organizational process support.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional growth and development

  • Set clear objectives and performance expectations for team members, regularly reviewing and providing feedback on their progress

  • Manage, measure, control and oversee the work to drive efficiencies in the day to day operations

  • Individual will be accountable for providing subject matter expertise for Workday and the Learn digital ecosystem

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and implement new HR technologies aligned with organizational goals

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and analytics through technology, automation, and system enhancements

  • Develop and maintain robust reporting and analytics capabilities within HR systems to support data-driven decision-making

  • Provide regular insights and metrics to HR leadership to inform strategic initiatives and workforce planning

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • MBA / PGDBM (Preferably in Human Resources)

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of HR Data Management and Reporting

  • Experience in managing HR system implementations and integrations

  • Knowledge on Workday, ServiceNow or equivalent tools

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, think logically, and comfortable working with numbers and statistics

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and oral, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds

  • Maturity and Conflict Resolution: Ability to handle conflict resolution and engage in tough conversations

  • High Integrity and Ownership: Demonstrates a strong sense of integrity and takes ownership of responsibilities

  • Innovative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and address unstructured problem statements confidently

  • Proficient in MS Office suite and Google Sheets
