The opportunity

We are seeking for a motivated Power Platform Business Analyst. As a Power Platform Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform suite of tools and SharePoint. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to analyze business processes and to identify opportunities for automation and improvement. This role requires a strong understanding of both business processes and the technical capabilities of the Power Platform and SharePoint.

How you’ll spend your day

This position is for Power Platform Business Analyst in the Power Platform CoE Team, this role will be focused on adding business value by breaking information barriers between non-technical and technical people, helping to co-create value working in this platform.

  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather and document requirements, and translate them into Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.

  • Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation using Power Platform and SharePoint technologies.

  • Create detailed design specifications for Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, SharePoint, and other Power Platform components to address business needs in a user-friendly and efficient solution. Additionally, ensure that Power Platform and SharePoint solutions adhere to security and compliance standards, including data privacy regulations.

  • Manage User Acceptance Tests phase and provide training and support to end-users on how to use Power Platform applications and SharePoint effectively.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of Power Platform and SharePoint solutions, configurations, and changes.

  • Stay updated with the latest Power Platform and SharePoint features and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.

Your experience and qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools and SharePoint.

  • Working experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013/SPO

  • Knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and SQL.

  • Strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform including Azure cloud services.

  • Basic understanding of SQL or any similar Database.

  • Ability to quickly learn how existing systems operate.

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science or in a related field

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools and SharePoint

  • Power Platform certifications: PL-900, PL-200, PL-400
